Welcome to our online booking site. If you are new to our studio you will need to book a private session prior to starting in our group classes.
We also offer a 3 package special for new students which includes an assessment and two private Pilates sessions at a reduced rate for new students, you can book in for a private session and when you come in to the studio we can set you up with the new student package.

Deniece first fell in love with Pilates in her early 20’s a while she was at University studying Aviation. The mind-body connection that Pilates brings, allowed her to re-centre and unwind after stressful days of flying. After practising Pilates for 10 years, She decided to obtain her certification for Mat and Reformer Pilates instructing through Breathe Education.
Since then, she has also started the process to become a Balanced Body certified instructor and has undertaken training in the Tower, Chair and Barrel.
Deniece believes that Pilates is for everyone and cannot wait to help empower others through movement.

Mrs. Melanie Ackerley
Melanie’s journey in health and fitness began in 2006 as a Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist and over the years, she has evolved her offerings to encompass a comprehensive approach to wellness. As an avid athlete throughout her life, and after embracing motherhood, Melanie has returned to the health and fitness world with a renewed focus on Pilates and movement training, having discovered the transformative power of Pilates. This powerful, effective, and yet gentle practice has become an integral part of her life, motivating her to share its benefits with others. As a GrowCo Ambassador, she specializes in supporting pre+post-natal mothers along their health & fitness journey, while her versatility as an enthusiast of all sports and athletic pursuits allows her to cater her group classes, private and semi-private sessions to a diverse range of individuals. Melanie looks forward to continuing her vision of building community and connection through Pilates and movement training. Her goal is to inspire others to embrace this powerful and gentle practice that enhances both physical and mental health.
